Benevida is a disability and aged care supports provider. We are dedicated to empowering people through compassion, care, and community. Our services are designed to be person-centred, respectful of culture and identity, and tailored to each individual’s goals.
We provide support across Victoria, including Melbourne and regional areas. Our team is mobile and flexible, meaning we can meet you at home, in the community, or wherever support is needed.
We live by our values—Respect, Empowerment, Inclusion, Compassion, Integrity, and Collaboration. This means we don’t just provide services; we build partnerships. We listen to your needs, respond with care, and work alongside you and your family to achieve real outcomes.
We provide a wide range of supports including in-home care, personal assistance, community access, social activities, skill-building, transport services, and supported independent living. All services are personalised so that you can live the way you want and stay connected with your community.
Anyone needing disability or aged care supports in Victoria can access Benevida. We work with people of all ages and abilities, and we also support families, carers, and communities who are part of the care journey.
Yes. We support NDIS participants with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed funding. Our team can help you make the most of your plan and ensure your supports are flexible and easy to manage.
You can still use our services as a private client. Many people choose this option if they are waiting for an NDIS plan, not eligible, or simply want extra support. Some aged care supports may also be available through other funding programs.
Not directly. Benevida is not yet approved under the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, so we cannot take Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Home and Community Care (HACC) funding. However, you can still use our services by paying privately, using your NDIS funding if eligible, or adding Benevida supports on top of CHSP or HACC services from another provider.
Our support workers are caring, skilled professionals who are trained to provide safe and respectful assistance. Every staff member holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a police check, and receives ongoing training to maintain high standards.
Yes. We do our best to match you with a worker who suits your needs, personality, and preferences. Having the right person makes a big difference, and we take your choice seriously.
Yes. We can provide flexible services, including overnight and emergency assistance if required. Please speak with our team to confirm availability and arrange the type of support that works best for you.

We follow the NDIS Practice Standards and are in the process of completing our NDIS registration. While we are not currently approved under the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, our team brings many years of experience in health, disability, and community services. This means older people and their families can still receive respectful, compassionate, and reliable supports from us.
Yes. Benevida embraces diversity and is committed to cultural safety. We provide inclusive supports for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, and LGBTQIA+ participants. Everyone is welcome, respected, and supported.
